Warning. The flyover across Rama 4 Road has been closed for reconstruction, so expect long delays approaching the Rama 4 - Ratchadapisek intersection from all directions. Boob-a-lube recommends Hashers coming from Sukhumvit take Sukhumvit Soi 16 and then turn right into Soi Phai Sing To. This will bring you out on Rama 4 Road.

Get the train to Queen Sirikit station and leave by Exit 4.
Get a taxi, and filter left into Rama 4 Road.
After 1km, outside Big C, turn right into Kasemrat Road (ถนนเกษมราษฏร์).
After 900m go under the expressway.
Just before the port entrance turn left into Soi 3 (ซอย 3).
Pass a truck park on your left, and after 50m follow the soi round a sharp left turn.
After another 50m where the soi goes right carry straight on into the compound of the Sanitary Section (แผนกสุขาภิบาล).
By Car/Taxi
Get on the expressway and exit at The Port (ท่าเรือคลองเตย).
At the bottom of the ramp turn towards the port entrance.
Just before the port entrance turn left into Soi 3 (ซอย 3).
Pass a truck park on your left, and after 50m follow the soi round a sharp left turn.
After another 50m where the soi goes right carry straight on into the compound of the Sanitary Section (แผนกสุขาภิบาล) and park.
