Misdirections to Wat Sak
(Over Rama 7 Bridge)
Go north on the 2nd stage expressway towards Chaeng Wattana and exit left onto Ratchadaphisek Road.
Go straight across at the first set of traffic lights and get in one of the right lanes to go over the flyover at the next intersection. The flyover takes you past a clock tower, and the road is now called Wong Sawang Road. After another kilometer or so cross the Chao Phraya river on the Rama 7 Bridge. Keep in the left hand lane on the bridge, and as soon as you are on the other side of the river filter left.
Follow the road round in a large left-hand loop, going underneath the bridge you have just crossed. After almost completing the loop there is a broad road on the right leading to EGAT. Do not take this, but fifty metres further on turn right into a very narrow congested road (Route 3215, possibly sign-posted to Bang Kruay). There might be a 7-11 on the corner and there might be an 'Oral B' advertisement.
Follow this winding road for about 4.5 km. When you reach a major road turn right and then almost immediately turn left (there is a Thai Farmers Bank on the corner). After about 500m go over a klong. A little way after the klong (by a bright pink building) the road makes a sharp turn to the left. Instead of following the road to the left turn right into the wat and park.

Get the train to Morchit. Go down to the street on the same side as the platform (beside Chatuchak park). Get a taxi heading out of town. After 1km at a big intersection the taxi should turn left ontoo onto Viphavadee Rangsit Road. After about 1km more at an intersection like spaghetti junction turn left onto Ratchadapisek Road. This road leads into Wong Sawang Road, from where you can follow the directions shown above.
