Take the second stage expressway towards Chaeng Wattana. After the 10 baht toll plaza take the first Ngam Wong Wan exit and turn left towards Khae Rai.  Fight your way into the right lanes, and go over Khae Rai flyover into Tanon Rattana Tibet.

About 6km from the expressway go straight across at the traffic lights and cross over the Chao Phraya River at the Nang Klao bridge (The Hash bridge).

About 3km after the river you will reach a flyover complex.  Follow the signs to make a U-turn, and head back towards town for a few hundred metres.  Then turn left down a busy soi.  After 1km follow the road round to the right at the "Y" intersection. At 1.7km pass the Tha It bus terminus on the right (no. 18 bus). At 2.4km, just before a row of houses, turn left onto a concrete soi. At 3.0km turn right onto a tarmac road.

At 3.9km go over the klong bridge with Wat Sing Tong on the right.  Just past the wat follow the road round to the left. At 4.7km the road makes a left turn by lots of signs in Thai, but you should turn right onto a concrete road. Follow this road for 1.2km, and at a crossroads turn left go 200m and turn left again onto a dirt road. Follow this track for 650m and park by the side of the road.

Get the train to Morchit. Go down to the street on the same side as the platform (beside Chatuchak Park). Get a taxi heading out of town. After 1km at a big intersection the taxi should turn left onto Viphavadee Rangsit Road. After a further 4km turn left over the railway tracks into Ngam Wong Wan Road. This road leads to Kae Rai, from where you can follow the directions shown above.
