The hares and hounds assembled at the lovely Pahon Transformer Lakeside View parking lot, having arrived early in a pickup truck, we sat and enjoyed a cooling refreshing drink. It was particularly humid & hot, so we considered just staying put and having some fresh shrimp.

It was noted there was a jumping life size orca whale on the lake, and on previous trips, we had seen the famous fire show, which the staff refused to start for our enjoyment later.

The beer wagon, though, per the Captain was stuck in a traffic jam, so, otherwise pre-hydration wasn't possible.

A circle was called and some accusations were made, but the ice Shaggy was to sit on had already melted into a large puddle. On-on was called to go out to the road and to the left. So Nigeria & Always Cums bolted off that way, and were seen far down the main Kum Khlao Road, however the hare was in the pack and signalled that the run was to veer into the left large Rai of newly planted rice and mud fields. (Likely this was if the FRBs had gone just a little further they would have seen that the paper ended up coming back out onto the road there and the beer stop we, later enjoyed.

Back in the rice field, boos-a lubes and Always cum's ended up on an adjoining burn of the field, and a check was solved by the rest of the pack straight on. One of the pack, Checkless decided to remove his shirt being so overheated, and remembering his recently medical incident of heat exhaustion, soon recovered and sprinted by the rest of the harriers, we others waddling through the shallow muds and grass burms.

It veered to the right behind a wall and into shiggy, and calls of "checking" interspersed with "on on" , leading to some confusion. Soon, a colourful dove was discovered caught in a farmer's net, presumably his dinner, that Checkless and Pat Pom robbed him of, by freeing it.

A farmer ploughing on a large vehicle, navigated around dike pumps back to the main road, and the traffic, down to the beer stop, and not long after back along a scenic footpath to the on home.

A nice vegetable dip and peanuts for the snacks, then Checkless ed/Tickler led the downs for the usual, as various airplanes approached the runway overhead. Always Cum's was POTW ,

We entered the on-on-on, Malini getting things well organized, Pat Pom enjoyed quite a few helpings of the Amoretto pint being passed around, Shaggy later reported that this is a favourite restaurant he often returns to "it's personal", he then had "anyone who drank amoretto , from the bottle, to raise their hands" "ok then all those that did the dinner is free, all other is 400B", ha ha ha. Many bottles of Leo were emptied, then a few extra more. Tickler then made sure we awoke with another BMH3 hangover on Tues via Regency Brandy.

Overall, well done, considering the recent out-station, rain threat, and somewhat distant location.
