Hare:- Late Cumming Ball Slapper

Late Cumming Ball Slapper as hare and no doubt her trusty co hare The Tickler wait eagerly for people to arrive and prepare themselves for what lays ahead. The crowd includes some familiar favourites and some welcomed fresh faces. Circle is called with the usual instructions ready to be ignored and off we go. Behind the restaurant and a long way past the green and lake as the sun was setting - beautiful! Onto some quiet roads then off into some shiggy with a few checks to be solved. Despite the easy and clear markings a few shortcutters insisted on making the short 5km trail even shorter. Lazy buggars.

A few little surprises lay ahead like Tom showing off what he learnt in India and taking a squat and a shot mid run, a log beam and jump across swampy water, and the visitor talking about religion and politics because he already has too many friends. A fun, easy to follow, and short trail got everyone back for an early beer and snack. Nigerian wasn’t happy with the distance so did some extra running to show off. Senator even had time to comb his hair before the circle in case any beautiful ladies walked by. After all, he wasn’t tired from all that short cutting!

Circle was called again but this time with beer instead of the hares! People got their down downs for the things mentioned previously plus a few more for good measure. Then POTW was awarded to the visitor for talking about politics and religion on the Hash, throwing a cup and missing the bin multiple times, staying on concrete, and staring at ladies’ legs. Well deserved.
