Despite a heavy tropical downpour, there was a massive turnout of hearty Hashers for Brenda's Bangkok Monday Hash run from Joylide's Heritage condo location on Soi 8, bolstered by at least six returners including Jessica, Normal, HayterPeacox, Kamikaze Ali, Whoremonger, and Tis.

The Hare had deputized two Danish Vikings, husband Svend and recent new boot Nicolaj to do the actual trail laying. They chose to avoid the nearby big beautiful park and instead sent us through a maze of the sois and alleyways of lower Sukhumvit and Ploenchit. Some ran with umbrellas (The Senator, Sizzler), some decided to drink beer across the street at Red Hog Bar (Tinker, Virginia Slim, Hash Hash), some gave up looking for paper and ran their own trail (The Nigerian, Gung, Pat Pom, Party Girl), and many never left the building including GM Spinning Dwarf who claimed to have seriously f**ked up his back at the gym prior to the Hash.

There was a wonderful assortment of cheeses on the snack table waiting for us when we returned. The beer flowed and the circle was called when the last soaked and soggy runners came in. Hares, returners and visitors all drank their down downs. Prick of the week was a run off between Ollie On On Que for fondling his balls, playing pocket pool, in the circle and Jessica for taking a bike. We learned the winner's Hash name is Jessticle(s) but I am not sure whether it is singular or plural. Which got me thinking of a childhood song we often sang back in jolly Old England: Hitler has only got one ball, Göring has two but very small, Himmler is rather sim'lar, But poor old Goebbels has no balls at all. Checkless certainly knows this one.

Jess started taking dick pics and couldn't finish the beer so the virgin visitor stepped in to help. Then dinner and drinks were catered onsite, thanks to Nibbles and Joylide. All a jolly good time even (or especially) with all the precipitation. On on!
