Misdirections to the run

Run site:- Tanon Tok car park, Rama 3 Road (ถนนตก ถนนพระราม 3)

Get the train to Sapan Taksin.

Leave the station by Exit 4 and walk out to Charoen Krung Road (ถนนเจริญกรุง). Cross the road and get a taxi or no. 1 bus heading south.

After a slow 3km you will reach the Tanon Tok intersection.

Go straight across into Tanon Tok

After 200m go past Supalai Casa Riva and carry on for another 200m before turning right into the car park.

Park near the wall (i.e. the end away from the river).

Get the river boat to Taksin Pier and follow the BTS instructions above.

If your boat has an orange flag at the back stay on it to Wat Rachasington Pier.

Walk out from the pier to Charoen Krung Road, cross the road and catch the no. 1 bus from here. That way you avoid a very busy stretch of Charoen Krung.

Take old expressway past Klong Toey towards Dao Kanong.

Take the exit for Rama 3 Road.

Follow Rama 3 Road passing under the Bumipol Bridge and the Rama 9 Bridge.

After the Rama 9 Bridge, go over one more flyover, then keep to the left lane.

Do not head for Rama 3 Bridge, but instead at the traffic lights filter left into Tanon Tok.

After 200m go past Supalai Casa Riva and carry on for another 200m before turning right into the car park.

Park near the wall (i.e. the end away from the river).
